Why can sellers not ship directly to buyers?
Keeping every listed item under Xkolektor custody blocks counterfeit substitutions, off-platform fraud, and fake fulfillment at the structural level.
What if my item is too fragile or large to ship?
A curator may perform an on-site inspection for qualifying fragile, oversized, or sensitive objects while applying the same authentication standard.
How long can I keep a purchased item in the vault for free?
The initial 90 days are free. After that, storage charges may apply until you withdraw, relist, or collect the item.
Who insures my item during shipping?
Declared-value carrier insurance covers transit under the selected shipping tier. Xkolektor documents condition and packing at vault release.
Can I inspect an item before buying?
Listings include curated photography, condition notes, and available provenance documents. Access rules apply to discreet listings.
What fees do you charge?
Sellers pay no listing fee. Buyers pay a 20% premium. Storage is free for 90 days, with shipping and qualifying insurance charged separately.
